Graduates can choose from two graduate programmes. The Professional Excellence Programme teaches the skills needed to be an expert in a chosen field, learning direct from some of the industry’s most experienced professionals. The Leadership Development Programme finds and develops the future leaders of the business. Graduates can expect to achieve a leadership role as early as the fourth year after joining.
