Working for
From day one you will receive a huge amount of commercial exposure and you will be responsible for what is known as ‘the full recruitment cycle’ – working with both candidates and clients alike, utilising a range of tools and techniques from interviewing through to advertising and headhunting. You will become a skilled negotiator and confident presenter through dealing with senior managers at businesses like Mars, Nestle and Sony. At New Chapter our focus is on middle management to Director/Board level positions and you will quickly become a specialist with expert knowledge in your market place.
Our reward package is the best we know of in the market and in your first year we realistically expect you to earn between £25,000 and £50,000, however your commission is uncapped, so the more successful you are the more you will earn! Progression is unlimited too, we will double in size over the next 18 months which means that we need to develop our own Managers – quickly!
As if the above isn’t enough - our teams are further incentivised in unique ways; in the last 7 months the team has already been to Alton Towers, Amsterdam and Majorca!
